well,
i love the army personnel incharge of e sectors im with
Orange n Red Sector
they are very nice, humorous and cooperative pple
the red sector guy is the funniest!
he calls R1,R2,R3
platoon 1, platoon 2, platoon 3
and he calls the leaders of the red sector
platoon commander
den the deputy leaders
platoon sergeant
den he fav line thusfar is
"platoon sergeants account for strength!"

and his another fav phrase
"dont call me if u have any problems because the call is diverted to the OC"

OCs are the SOICs
and im the "CO"
and the leaders n SOICs played along!

decentralisation is the way forward
but it really depends on how strong the pple u are working with are!
if they are super duper good, decentralisation gives them more freedom and power/responsibility
which is a motivatin factor for pple to work even harder to prove themselves worthy!

im assuming everyone is Type A personality
