work has been rewarding and worrying nowadays
as i get full authorization in my role, i feel more pressured, with the looming great responsibilities lying ahead of me
im not afraid of responsibilities, but im just afraid i cant live up to my role!
sigh
i cant even plan a vsl without asking someone for opinion..
so far, ive plan 3 vsl all by myself. with abit of checking with other pple..
and e feeling sucks! like i dont know if e vsl will sink or trim or list.
i dont know if im slotting e containers rightly.
i dont know how to actually reslot or reduce yard shuffling. i dont know how to sequence such tt e trim/listing is negligible.
just today, i planned merian, im damn worried abt it now...
i dont know if i did wad was required, like giving e short crane one point mounting and wad not.. SIGH...
i shall just assume tt no emails is good news :|

im shifting to yet another mentor once again..
guess im e only fortunate or unfortunate one to have experienced THREE mentors in my OJT days..

i came in on 13th june, all those who came in with me went independent from 1st aug.
and here im still OJT planner.. HAHA. i have outlived my OJT days man!
im probably e only one who had such LONG OJT days :P
and my independence will prob be starting in nov :P
